I can't believe it, but I actually agree with Rick Santorum..."key provisions in the NIH Reform Bill missing... that are critical....Center of Excellence for Environmental Causes..." Joe Barton is holding the Combating Autism Act of 2006 hostage in Congress because he wants to pass the NIH Reform Bill in the Senate without language pertaining to investigating environmental causes.

I'm sure that most of you have heard about Help! Mom! There are Liberals Under My Bed, the conservative children's book (and then a parody of a children's book, and then a proper children's book again). What you may not realize is that the book was actually the first in a series, the second of which came out not long ago. That's right, more of these are planned. But take heart, gentle progressives. For wherever there's idiocy, there are people to mock it. Below is the first in my own series of children's books; "Holy Sh*t! There are Conservatives In My Neighborhood!" Each time a new book comes out, I'll make an addition to my series. Look forward to "There are Wingnuts In My Trousers!" this fall.
