....I'm waitng for the emotional, public meltdown...where he just looses it and the whole world sees exactly how petty he is.

In terms of the impeach or realign debate...His behavior can't go unpunished or it will be tried again in the future.  There must be consequences for war crimes against humanity.

Truman went lower.  In 1952, during the Korean War, he was at 22%.  that's included in this interesting article about presidential polls.
