A media controlled by liberals and remorselessly-biased  in favor of them would have covered this event on its front pages and during the first five minutes of its evening newscasts. It would be mentioned for days in conjunction with the polls that show how abysmally unpopular George Bush and the GOP are.

A liberal media would need a bigger front page (none / 0)
Investigative reporting of the executive branch alone is very space consuming. Add the Republican part of the legislature and some outrages from states (Florida alone would fill another page) leaves little room to show the protests against them.  

My suggestion is to suspend some of the opinion people like Krauthammer, Cohen, etc.

Only half kidding on the last sentence.
