Bush Orders Staff to Attend Ethics Briefings

President Bush has ordered White House staff to attend mandatory briefings beginning next week on ethical behavior and the handling of classified material after the indictment last week of a senior administration official in the CIA leak probe.

Sometimes truth is more absurd than fiction. I can hear the late night comic crowd already.

When I heard this a day or so ago, my first thought was that this is a Rove thing.  Rove is planning to say that he "wasn't aware" that it is against the law to out a CIA NOC.  So they plan to have ethics classes and fix the problem.  And, now, Bush will say they have fixed the problem so that poor Karl, though innocent from the beginning, has attended the classes so he can continue to have his security clearance and can continue to work at the WH.

This whole bunch of liars is disgusting.  They are so transparent.
