Three of the founding members and featured writers of this blog have been invited to be Front Page Guest Posters at Dailykos, presently the largest liberal blog on the internet.

They are SusanG, mcjoan and Georgia10. This is a prestigious invitation and all three have accepted. We hope we will still see their work gracing this site, and wish them much luck in herding the cats at dkos.

more women in this class and some of my favorite writers.  I know least about Mcjoan (although I seem to remember her mentioning a full-time job in some comment or another at dKos), but I can't figure how Georgia10 and Susan will find the time.  

In any case, I'm glad to see them take the job on.

Judging from the comment thread on dKos the other day, there was certainly a popular groundswell of support for all of them. Much deserved. I hope they'll stop by to let us know how things look from the lofty perch of the most visible platform in all of blogdom;-)

And all-encommpassing.

It is thriving, growing, mutating, and may soon take over the entire blogospheric universe.

Or some other universe.

The ladies can reply themselves as to their plans and participation, but it's my understanding that they will still be around.

The gig at Daily Kos is Friday through Sunday, for the most part. I'll still try and post here at least once a week, and I'll definitely be around reading and commenting. I love this place.
