that he admits that virtually every decision he has made in the past 5 decades has been the exact opposite of what should have been done.

I almost posted this as a diary, but maybe it's more appropriate here. Via kos

CAVUTO: This is a Fox News alert. The lawyer accidentally hit by Vice President Dick Cheney suffering a mild heart attack this morning. Doctors say he's doing just fine and could be released in a week. Meanwhile, the White House press corps again beating a dead horse as it tries to find out why they were not told right away about the Vice President's hunting accident. Not one person bothering to ask, in the meantime, how Dick Cheney's feeling about all this. After all, he's a human being and injuring someone else in an accident can take a huge toll.

How can the poor people at The Onion compete with the sad reality of Fox News?

Now on to Cheney's Iraq speech. The Vice President spoke yesterday on the progress in Iraq, "I'm just pleased as punch about all that's taking place over there, and I'm feeling really great about collateral damage being kept to ONLY 110,000 civilian casualties. Of course I was willing to accept 3 to 4 times that amount, but absolutely no more. After all, I'm a human being and injuring/killing someone else in an accidental (i.e. collateral) fashion can take a huge toll. (sniff)"

already has his script prepared.

Or maybe Matalin sent it to them earlier:

"He feels terrible."  (unlike Harry Whittington, of course)

He's "very worried." (Really? About what?)
He "did everything he was supposed to." (Like notify the public.)
He "didn't do anything irrational." (Other than shooting a friend who walked up behind him.)

Honestly, these people have no shame nor decency.

and was Dick ever given a blood-alcohol test as is standard practice in these situations?

Fox also has an exclusive interview tonight with Brit Hume.

After the script is perfected, that is.

I thought that was obvious. I didn't know the Texas doctors were trying to claim that it traveled through veins.

Thanks for the link.
