We the people have already walked away from any responsibility on our military actions.  We've already made the "whatever you want, just keep me safe" deal.  

In fact, why bother to rewrite the Constitution?  We've already agreed that "Baby Doc" Bush can ignore any law he wants and can lie about it while doing so.

I'm almost certain there's a second clause in there with something about American Idol.

It was in the original draft... (none / 0)
...as a sub clause, but it never made the final version because they wanted to save on printing.
