Removing Cheney and Bush is the ONLY Answer! 
Today Wolf Blitzer was interviewing Senator Christopher Dodd on CNN. Dodd was explaining why he was opposing Judge Michael Mukasey to become America's attorney general.
Like others, Dodd is concerned about Mukasey's refusal to explain and define what constitutes interrogation torture. Dodd also exhibited concern about a view he believes Mukasey holds about presidential fiat trumping the U.S. Constitution.
Wesley Clark has mounted a petition drive to urge Bush to exercise diplomacy with Iran rather than opting for war.
As for sending petitions to Bush, this effort is totally unproductive. The Cheney-Bush Junta possesses an insatiable appetite for power and will listen to no one where its objectives of enhancing the neoconservative new world order are concerned.
The citizenry must face facts. The U.S. Constitution has been abandoned while Bush declares whatever action he deems appropriate through affixing his signature to new statements asserting power in whatever domain serves his objective of the moment.
The situation confronting America is crystal clear. The only way to end the pattern of executive tyranny suffocating American democracy is removal of the two figures wreaking this unswerving pattern of injustice, Cheney and Bush.
Our Founding Fathers foresaw this dangerous trend toward executive tyranny and provided a safeguard to defeat it.
American democracy's protective safeguard against executive tyranny is impeachment. This is the only sensible remedy to pursue at such a critical juncture.
