Is Every Nation in the World Living on the Nuclear Edge Now?

If the most powerful nation, militarily speaking, can unleash a war on the basis of lies and not be brought to the International Court of Justice at The Hague to be thoroughly investigated, and promptly brought to justice, a horrifying precedent in war crimes against humanity has been established.
When the Democrats were empowered to stop the Iraq War, the Democratic Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi betrayed the Democratic vote, brazenly declaring that "impeachment of George Bush is off the table!"
Basically she did have the decency to admit that she did disagree with his policies but thought that he was a nice person.
The estimate is that over a million Iraqis dead and at least another 2 ½ million having fled to Iran, Syria and Jordan. Over 4,600 U.S. service personnel lie in coffins with another 55,000 service personnel wounded.
Americans have been falsely told that only 800 of the wounded attempted suicide when it was later revealed that thousands had made attempts on their lives. Since when has America sanctioned torture treatment of so-called suspected terrorists? We have stood by as the U.S. Constitution was ignored.
We have stood by while the Iraq War rages on longer than the Civil War, World War Two, The Korean War or the Vietnam War.
The U.S. demonstrated how long it plans to stay in oil rich Iraq by building the largest U.S. embassy in the world in Iraq.
The Bush-Cheney administration always planned on staying and Bush is working feverishly to get the current administration to agree to a binding contract arrangement with Iraq and for the U.S. to stay there a long time. Both Bush and Cheney have never gone to war, but they are both determined to prolong the ill-fated Iraq War.
The New York Times has reported the one-sided contract they want Iraqis to sign granting long term lease rights for 63 of Iraq's 80 oil wells, leaving Iraq in full control of only 17 of their one valuable asset - oil.
McCain, recently speaking of oil and Iraq, declared that he never again wanted to see U.S. soldiers have to go to the Middle East for oil. This represented the first time a presidential candidate linked the Iraq War to oil, but Alan Greenspan in his book "The Age of Turbulence" also made the connection between the Iraq War and oil.
Has a precedent been set for justifying going to war against any nation determined to "grab" and "control" assets they desire?
Perhaps the skyrocketing price of gasoline will hit the American voters many times harder than the Iraq War dead, and the U.S. service personnel reported dead on the nightly TV news broadcasts.
When senior citizens interviewed on the NBC Nightly News on May 1 said they have to go without meals some days while living on fixed incomes, they stated they cannot afford the inflation of food prices.
Ben Bernanke, the current chairman of the Federal Reserve, cut the interest rate again, down to 2 percent. Seniors who live on bank certificates of deposit are being punished, in effect robbed, so that Wall Street investors can continue speculating (gambling) on the stock market, which zooms up when others are cheated by low prices.
In the New York Times on May 2, a headline read:
IRAN PROTESTS CLINTON WORDS
A story by Nazila Fathi from Tehran stated, "Iran has lodged a formal protest at the United Nations about comments by Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton that the United States would `totally obliterate' Iran if it attacked Israel with nuclear weapons."
This comment was made during an ABC interview.
Now this question must be asked and answered: Could the U.S.A. become a victim of the Iraq War policy which killed so many Iraqis and U.S. soldiers?
The Crusades of centuries ago have never been forgotten or forgiven and distrust of the Christian Crusaders has produced long lasting negative consequences.
Wouldn't it make common sense for honest, ethical, fair-minded U.S. citizens not only impeach Bush and Cheney, but see to it that they are brought to justice at The Hague instead of waiting for some outraged foreign-based response to the Iraq War?
