Manson Prosecutor Bugliosi Prosecutes Bush for Murder Email Print

One of America's toughest prosecutors, Vincent Bugliosi, who prosecuted Charles Manson and his equally vigilant killer band and wrote up his experiences in the bestseller "Helter Skelter" has trained his savvy prosecutorial eyes on none other than George W. Bush.

The result of that effort is Bugliosi's current book "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder."

Bugliosi uses the same approach with Bush that he did when he was a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney who prosecuted the Manson Gang along with other murder defendants.

His result is to sharply indict and convict Bush for starting a war in Iraq and causing the deaths of what respected international sources now say numbers over 1.2 million people, in addition to which there have been more than 7.5 million Iraqis compelled to flee their homes.

The resulting tragedy of the refugee problem has been to spread the Bush-Cheney malignant killing policy to countries neighboring Iraq in the form of increasing swarms of people without any semblance of a stable future.

The arrogant sword dancer and tap dancer deserves to be finally brought to justice for his international crimes that also violate the U.S. Constitution, along with others complicit in these efforts, beginning with former Halliburton CEO Dick Cheney, who saw to it that his international corporation was at the head of the pack when it came to U.S. government largesse and the booty of war.

At a time when Dennis Kucinich has bravely come forward, with the stated opposition of his own Democratic Party's congressional leadership, to introduce 35 articles of impeachment against Bush, it is time to fully recognize and support the efforts of those like the Cleveland Congressman along with the tough former Los Angeles prosecutor.

It is time to say "Enough!" to those who seek to perpetrate international criminal conduct through the war making machinery.

Well. is he or is he only writing a book about it? Is he dreaming a wet dream so to say?

a book but makes a valuable point, as he did when he slammed the U.S. Supreme Court majority over the Bush vs. Gore case.

The prosecuting at this stage needs to be done by Congress and the Democratic leadership refuses to take its constitutional obligations seriously, which is more than disgusting.  It is heinous.

Regrettably Bush could not be prosecuted now in a regular criminal case even if Bugliosi were still a prosecutor and wanted to do so.

Thanks for your comment, Hans.  In conclusion, I strongly disagreed with Bugliosi on his last book before this one, which took the position that the Warren Commission got it right on the JFK assassination.
